Day of Management + Design

This package is designed for an independent and organized couple who have the details covered but want coordination and management for the day. Coverage begins 2 months before the event date. Pricing may change based on the complexity and location of the event, the number of guests, and if an assistant is needed.

  • Up to 3 meetings before wedding day (these may be in person or via Zoom depending on distance)

  • Decor set up (this does not include: tables, chairs, tents, etc.)

  • Unlimited contact via email or text (during business hours)

  • Ceremony rehearsal (long distance may require an additional fee)

  • Attend final meetings with all vendors (via Zoom or Call)​

Full Service Event Planning

This package is designed for couples who want to sit back, relax, and enjoy being engaged without being overwhelmed by the planning process. Pricing may change based on the complexity and location of the event, the number of guests, and if an assistant is needed.

  • Development of decor and theme

  • Unlimited meetings before wedding day (these may be in person or via Zoom depending on distance)

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Unlimited contact via email or text (during business hours)

  • Seating chart design

  • Attend final meetings with all vendors (via Zoom or call)

This package is designed for the couple who's already perfected their vision for their special day. It does not include any coordination, planning services, or tear-down. Instead, this package allows me to assist you in setting up your venue to perfectly bring your vision to life!

  • Theme and decor placement and suggestions​
